化学实验室安全教育实效研究*——以大二学生为例

为考察化学实验室安全教育实效,本文对天津理工大学化学化工学院大二学生的实验室焦虑、安全态度、安全意识以及安全知识进行问卷调查。调查结果表明:实验室焦虑存在性别差异,女生焦虑情绪比男生严重;参加过安全教育培训学生比未参加安全培训学生安全态度更为端正。回归分析表明:实验室焦虑、安全态度和安全知识都与安全意图显著正相关。基于统计分析结果,提出以下安全培训提升策略:关注学生心理安全,加强情绪疏导,克服实验室焦虑;优化安全教育模式,发挥学生主观能动性,提高安全教育实效。最后,安全教育也是立德树人的过程,通过安全教育,将学生培养成为敬畏生命、敬畏责任、敬畏规章、具有正确安全道德价值观的化工行业从业人员。     

Markierung von Humanserumalbumin mit 131J durch elektrochemische Oxydation von Jodid zum Jod

Es wird über eine Methode und deren optimale Bedingungen berichtet, die eine schnelle, schonende und fernbediente Markierung von Humanserumalbumin mit ¹³¹ J gestattet. Die Markierungsausbeuten, bezogen auf das eingesetzte Jod, sind gut reproduzierbar und liegen bei über 90%.     

LR12‐peptide quantitation in whole blood by RP‐HPLC and intrinsic fluorescence detection: Validation and pharmacokinetic study

A simple, sensitive, selective and robust HPLC method based on intrinsic fluorescence detection was developed for the quantitation of a dodecapeptide (designated as LR12), inhibitor of Triggering Receptor Expressed on Myeloid cells‐1, in rat whole blood. Sample treatment was optimized using protein precipitation and solid‐phase extraction. Chromatographic separation was carried out in a gradient mode using a core–shell C₁₈ column (150 × 4.6 mm, 3.6 μm) with mobile phases of acetonitrile and water containing trifluoroacetic acid at 1.0 mL/min. The method was validated using methodology described by the US Food and Drug Administration guidelines for bioanalytical methods. Linearity was demonstrated within the 50–500 ng/mL range and the lower limit of quantitation was 50 ng/mL. Finally, a preliminary pharmacokinetic study after intraperitoneal injection of LR12 in rats was conducted to evaluate both LR12 monomer and its corresponding disulfide dimer, the main product of degradation. Beyond the fact that this paper describes the first fully validated method for LR12 analysis in blood samples, the approach followed here to optimize pre‐analytical steps could be beneficial to develop HPLC and/or MS methods for other pharmaceutical peptides.     

大一学生化学实验室安全基础知识调查研究*

为考察大一学生化学实验室安全基础知识,对天津理工大学化学化工学院大一学生警示标识、危险化学品性质、废弃物处理及意外处置等安全知识进行问卷调查。结果表明:60.4%的学生将易燃标识与氧化剂标识混淆;在危险化学品性质和酸/碱撒漏处理方面有待加强。基于以上结果,在后续安全教育过程中,普及GHS标识及MSDS,对相关知识进行针对性的查漏补缺;充分利用线上资源,弥补线下教育因时间有限、容量有限导致的不足。     

Covalently Assembled Dipeptide Nanospheres as Intrinsic Photosensitizers for Efficient Photodynamic Therapy in Vitro

Monodispersed diphenylalanine‐based nanospheres with excellent biocompatibility are fabricated through a facile covalent reaction‐induced assembly. Interestingly, the nanospheres exhibit red autofluorescence. Most importantly, such assembled dipeptide nanospheres can serve as intrinsic photosensitizer to convert O₂ to singlet oxygen (¹O₂). Thus, photodynamic therapy in vitro can be achieved effectively. The versatile strategy could be extended to other biomolecules containing a primary amine group for the fabrication of potential intrinsic photosensitizers.     

Intrinsic ultracontractivity on Riemannian manifolds with infinite volume measures

By establishing the intrinsic super-Poincar'e inequality,some explicit conditions are presented for diffusion semigroups on a non-compact complete Riemannian manifold to be intrinsically ultracontractive.These conditions,as well as the resulting uniform upper bounds on the intrinsic heat kernels,are sharp for some concrete examples.

The effects of interstitial oxygen on superconducting electronic phases in strontium and oxygen co-doped La1.937Sr0.063CuO4＋δ

Strontium and oxygen co-doped La1.937Sr0.063CuO4＋δ superconductor with Tc≈ 40K, which is obtained by oxidizing strontium-doped starting ceramic sample La1.937Sr0.063CuO4 in NaC10 solution, is annealed under different conditions to allow interstitial oxygen to redistribute. The evolution of the intrinsic superconducting property with the oxygen redistribution is studied in detail by magnetic measurements in various fields. It is found that there occurs the electronic phase separation from the single superconducting phase with Tc ≈ 40 K into two coexisting superconducting states with values of Tc： 15 and 40K or of 15 and 35 K in this system, depending on annealing condition. Our results indicate that the 15, 35 and 40 K superconducting phases associated with the excess oxygen redistribution are all thermodynamically meta-stable intrinsic states in this Sr/O co-doped cuprate.     

Segmentation of synthetic aperture radar image using multiscale information measure-based spectral clustering

A multiscale information measure （MIM）, calculable from per-pixel wavelet coefficients, but relying on global statistics of synthetic aperture radar （SAR） image, is proposed. It fully exploits the variations in speckle pattern when the image resolution varies from course to fine, thus it can capture the intrinsic texture of the scene backscatter and the texture due to speckle simultaneously. Graph spectral segmen- tation methods based on MIM and the usual similarity measure are carried out on two real SAR images. Experimental results show that MIM can characterize texture information of SAR image more effectively than the commonly used similarity measure.     

On Short Time Asymptotic Behavior of Some Symmetric Diffusions on General State Spaces

For conservative symmetric diffusions on a general state space (X,m), the short time asymptotic behavior of tlog _X 1 _A T _t 1 _B dm is investigated, where T _t is the associated semigroup and A and B are measurable subsets of X. It is proved that the superior limit is dominated by the inferior limit up to some absolute constant. When ₂ of the associated Dirichlet form is lower bounded, it is shown that the limit exists for any A and B, and is described by the intrinsic metric between them. Applications to infinite-dimensional spaces and fractals are given.
